There is no cell or internet service available at the lodge. 

The custodians have access to Internet for emergencies. Guests do not have access to this for any reason. We have a Sat phone that can be used by guests in emergency situations. 

The custodian's email can also be given to an outside contact if you are needing emergency family news or some other extremely important situation.  With new cell phone satellite capabilities you'll likely have more access than in the past. 

Cellphone use is strongly discouraged in all communal spaces, if you must use your phone please do so in your bedroom or outside.

Consider bringing your own Sat phone, Spot, In Reach, PLB etc. 

Weather & Conditions

Your custodian will be printing and relaying Weather and Avalanche bulletins to you each evening.

• Your Cook will connect directly with each group regarding dietaries & allergies

• Bring a Lunch Container or Resuable Baggie for your daily packed lunch

All gratuities are split equally between our Carlyle Crew- Custodian, Helper and Cook.
